What do I get for free?

Can I bring my partners in?

Yes. Pro includes 3 seats and Team includes 10. Everyone in a workspace sees the same deals, buy box and structures.

Do I have to use your email?

No — you connect your own Outlook account, so LOIs and lender requests come from your address.

Can I change the assumptions?

Every assumption is yours to set: LTV, rates, carry terms, bridge fee, commission, target DSCR, exit cap, hold and refinance terms. Save them as defaults or as named structures.
